Raven Stoof - OOT Certified Olive Oil Sommelier. I followed the training program at The Olive Oil Academy, in collaboration with the Olive Oil Times Eduction Lab in New York. There are only about 500 certified olive oil sommeliers worldwide.

Choosing a good olive oil is essential, it is the base of your meal but did you also know that there are tons of varieties, just as wine, there are many different grape varieties. One making it more suitable for a meal with fish and another one more for a (more) heavy meal with meat. With the help of a carefully curated portfolio of premium olive oils the Olivraé tasting concept was born. 

Unfortunately, there are also a lot of bad olive oils on the market, claiming they are an extra vierge olive oil, but they are full of defects and lost their health benefits. I am trained with my nose and mouth to recognize any defects. With my advice I help you purchase the best olive oil coordinated on your menu and meals. I am also available for hosting and training on events.
